• Once your order has done there is no cancellation if Kdipl Team is not delever your project as per written commitment.
• To initiate cancellation, please contact us at sales@kanakdrishtiinfo.com.
• We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 -10 business days of receiving the final discussion of services or project.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
• Please note that depending on your bank or credit card Company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

Eligibility for Refund:

• If as per written discussion or email correspondence KDIPL team is un delivery your project are eligible for some refund.
