Pack Your Return:

Carefully pack the item(s) you are returning in its original packaging, if possible. Include the packing slip or a copy of your receipt with the return.

Ship Your Cancellation:

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, you can return your unwanted item and place a new order for the correct item.
